This guarantee applies to anything purchased through ModernChristmasTrees.com.

How is payment made and what type of payment is accepted?

Payment is collected at the time of purchase NOT when the product is shipped.  This includes all backordered items.

Return Policy

Please inspect your purchase upon receipt and call 720-638-9511 within 30 days in case of any damaged or defective items. Our team is standing by to provide a quick resolution. Resolution may include but not limited to free replacement of damaged or defective items.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt or prior to December 24th (whichever comes first), for a full refund.

Please note to be eligible for a full refund, your returned goods must be in transit to Dream Tree LLC dba The Modern Christmas Tree within 30 days of you receiving your order and or prior to December 24th (whichever comes first). 

Returns meeting one or more of the following criteria will be considered “outside of policy” and ineligible for a refund:

  • Returns in transit to Dream Tree LLC dba The Modern Christmas Tree after 30 days of receipt or after December 24th (whichever comes first);

  • Unauthorized returns;

  • Damaged merchandise or not deemed “like-new” once returned

  • Returns on products damaged due to improper care or use

  • Custom made trees outside of the standard product portfolio

  • Purchases not made in good faith and intended to be returned

Please call us at 720-638-9511. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once authorized, return labels will be emailed to you.

Warranty

A warranty is a promise. What makes The Modern Christmas Tree brilliant is in its simplicity. When properly stored, (link to storage recommendations in Q&A) The Modern Christmas Tree will last for decades to come. The pearl white rings are made of a durable scratch resistant acrylic that will NOT fade over time. The ball chain holding the rings together is nickel plated steel ensuring your timeless tree will stand the test of time.

-Electrical Components w/ 2 year warranty include the LED & Remote for the 10ft, 8ft and Wall Trees

-Electrical Components w/ 1 year warranty include the LED & Remote for the tabletop Jubilee and mirror ball rotators

Dream Tree LLC dba The Modern Christmas Tree does not warrant:

*Damage resulting from unauthorized tree modifications and normal wear and tear. This includes but is not limited to stepping on the tree rings or damage because of improper storage (see here for details).

International Orders

All orders originating or with a delivery address outside of the United States shall be shipped via an international courier and will require a signature upon delivery.  Please make appropriate arrangements to ensure that an individual is available to sign for your order.

Some international orders may be subject to additional duties, tariffs or taxes.  Customer is responsible for all additional duties, tariffs or taxes that may be assessed by their country of residence and acknowledges that these additional amounts may need to be paid prior to delivery of their order.  Customer agrees that the imposition of additional duties, tariffs, or taxes by their country of residence is not a justifiable reason to return the goods for a refund or request a chargeback with their credit card company.
